Darius N. Peacock is an accomplished corporate executive, entrepreneur, and nationally recognized culinary leader whose career spans more than four decades across healthcare, hospitality, education, and large-scale foodservice operations.

Throughout his career, Darius has built a reputation for combining culinary vision with operational discipline, financial accountability, and people-centered leadership. As Corporate Executive Chef for Morrison Healthcare, he provided leadership across a four-state portfolio representing more than $100 million in managed volume. He also played an instrumental role in securing and executing several of the company's most significant client transitions, including Yale New Haven Health, Mount Sinai Health System, and Cleveland Clinic.

His executive experience extends into the hotel industry, where he served as Corporate Executive Chef for a major hotel organization and helped open properties in Midtown Manhattan. Working across both healthcare and luxury hospitality gave Darius an uncommon ability to understand the relationship between brand promise, operational execution, customer experience, organizational culture, and financial performance.

Darius later brought that leadership to K-12 foodservice, overseeing an operation serving approximately 14,000 students across 14 schools. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he helped mobilize the organization to provide more than two million meals to children and families while protecting employees and maintaining essential community services.

Beyond the executive suite, Darius earned national recognition as both the Season 1 and Season 2 Champion of Food Network's Chopped. His success reflects the preparation, adaptability, creativity, and composure under pressure that have defined his broader leadership career.
